DANIEL J. LOWENBERG. Since 2007, Daniel has limited his law practice to the representation of individual consumers in Chapter 7, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases; other areas of his practice includes guardianships and conservatorships, family law,  civil litigation, and estate planning.  For more information on Daniel’s bankruptcy practice, please visit www.lowenberglawllc.com. Daniel believes that his practice is distinguished by a continued dedication to a client's case.  Daniel personally returns all telephone calls from clients on a timely basis, continually reviews open files for creditor compliance with the bankruptcy laws and other consumer protection statutes, and aggressively pursue claims against any creditors and collection agents who fail to comply with these rules and regulations designed to protect you and your rights.  Daniel’s goal in every case is to treat all his clients with the same dignity and respect that he would hope to receive if he was the client and they were the attorney.  A native of Dallas, Texas, Daniel graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he served on Law Journal.  Daniel enjoys spending time with his growing family hiking, skiing, and camping, and is an avid Crossfiter.  Daniel is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado, the State of Texas, Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
